Babies grow the most in their 1st year of life, and quickly! As a mum, I know this all to well, I regret not having my daughter photographed as a newborn!
My Posed newborn photography is authentic; using natural light where possible, no heavy editing, no composites images and just using real life photos that happened at your photoshoot. You and your family as it is, beautifully captured as artwork.

Newborn babyArt sessions can take up to 4 hours, they include all natural poses, no ‘froggy’ or potato sack poses. Babies are photographed nude, or wearing some of my delicate outfits.
Capturing your baby professionally will allow you to have beautiful artwork of your baby stress free, capture your family legacy, bond with your child/ren when you see and talk about your photos together. Studies have shown that children who see photos of themselves gives them a sense of belonging and increases their self-esteem. Besides, why wouldn’t you want adorable photos of your baby to show off – because they are just soooo cute!

Newborn session only - £199
-2 hour photoshoot in studio or within Gainsborough.

-A 2-3 hour photoshoot; at my studio, on location or at your home within Gainsborough.
-All digital images on a USB with a print release.
-A print package consisting of: 12x8” matte print, two 8x6" prints, and a 6x4" print of your choice.
-A 8 x 8” sized five page photobook; personalized cover and up to 40 images with 10 spreads.
-Optional 30 minute mini maternity photoshoot for mums only.

-A 3-4 hour photoshoot; at my studio, on location or at your home, within 20 miles.
-A 16 GB USB with all digital images with a print release, enclosed in the DreamBook album.

An gallery of professionally edited images to choose from, all images hand edited by Victoria with precision to avoid background creases and ensure every image is frame worthy and flatters you and your baby.
Prints in each package so that you get to have photos of your baby to have proudly in your home or office, and you can give them as gifts!
An experienced and trained photographer, that is a registered business and insured - you are in safe and capable hands.
When shall you book?
This session is done for babies under 31 days old, for the poses to be done whilst they are at their natural birth weight and sleepiness.
For premature babies, or multiples this session can be done for up to 8 weeks, dependant on your baby.
It’s best to book your newborn photoshoot when you are in your 3rd trimester to ensure availability, however I may have last minute sessions available if you have already had your baby, so please do message me for my to see if I can fit you in.
How to book and how it all works

Step 1: Choose if you want to have a consultation. If you do want one, you can book one of these first. This is where you come to the studio to meet me in person to discuss having a photoshoot with me.
Simply click the button below - click ‘Bookings’ then click ‘Consultation’ then choose your time and date from my availability on my calendar and follow the instructions. I will then email you back with details, this is usually around 24 hours. So please check your spam mailbox.

Step 2: Booking online - You can easily book online by clicking the button below. If you know what package you want, find this in the dropdown menu. Then you can choose to pay a deposit or the full amount. If you don’t know what package you’d like just click ‘Bookings’ then click ‘Portrait photoshoot deposit’ where you can pay a £20 deposit to secure your slot.
If your having difficulty booking online, please message me on my social media, or text me and I can get back to you, or book in you in manually. Your photoshoot is not confirmed until you have paid your DEPOSIT. You can pay this in cash at the studio, card online via the website online booking, card in the studio, bacs bank payment, or online via Paypal. Payment plans are available, please message me to set one up.
Step 3: Planning - This is where we will exchange a few emails, just planning our session together and we can both be prepared. If you choose a consultation, this will be done during that time and we would set a date for your photoshoot if you are happy to go ahead and book me, once you have paid your deposit.

Step 4: Your photoshoot; you turn up and we have a lovely session and after we will book a ‘reveal and ordering session’ for you to come back and view your photos.
Pictures take 24 -72 hours to edit. If you choose to have a ‘sneak peak’ I will upload this on my Facebook and my social media and I may use it on my website.
If you haven’t had a consultation, I will show you the products that I have to offer after your session, so you can have a think about what you want.

Step 5: Reveal and ordering session; this is where you come back to the studio and I show you your images on a slide show and then we go through your package, or the products I have to offer and you make your choice of whet you’d like to order.
Online gallery: if you are pushed for time, you can view your photos via a private online gallery, with a password - which you can also purchase prints from with delivery of £5.95 directly to your door within 5 working days. You can also have this gallery after your reveal and ordering session to share with close family and friends with.

Step 6: Your order: Prints take 24 -72 hours to arrive, whilst canvases and photo albums take 3-4 weeks.
They will arrive at mine, I will check them over and package them for you and contact you for collection, or post them if that’s the option you have chosen at your reveal and order.
Online orders: If you order online, they will take 5 working days and it will cost £5.95 for prints and £9.99 for products to be delivered to you. Online orders you won’t get the future discount cards within your order.
Follow up: after a couple of days I will email you to check that you are happy with your order.
Future discounts: Within your print order that you collect, you will receive a ‘loyalty card’ this is where you get the 6th photoshoot for FREE if you choose to keep me as your family photographer. You will also received three “Referral cards’ you give these out to friends and family who want to book a photoshoot with me; they get an extra 12x8” print and when all three have booked, you get £50 off any session fee or order, as a thank you for bringing in more clients to my small business.
Questions you may be wondering

Can we have photos with our beloved pet?
Yes, you can have pet included in your family portrait photoshoot if they are an important member of your family, I know my dog is!
Dogs must be well behaved.
Images will be composites to ensure the safety of your newborn baby. (Composites are 2 photos put together as one)

Our baby has additional needs, can you still facilitate?
I have experience working with children with additional needs, including oxygen tanks, autism and other conditions, please let me know if your child has special requirements and how I can help you.
I pride myself on being open for all with no discrimination and being accessible as much as possible.

Are you trained in baby posing and safety?
Absolutely, in 2014 I underwent training with some of the leading UK newborn baby professionals.
I am also fully insured.

Struggling to get out of the house with a Newborn and need a photographer to come to you?
That’s not a issue! A mobile service is available and I will come to you if you are struggling with recovery from a traumatic birth, a C-section or your baby was in NICU.
Home shoots are perfect for capturing your baby’s nursery and having natural and relaxed photos representing your life and your story.
